My suggestion is to keep everything separated and prepare your posts so that they contain one specific question that can be answered. This has several advantages:
Your post will be shorter. Some people tend to be discouraged when a question is very long and detailed. If your question is short and spot-on, it will get more attention.

I personally think it would be on topic, since we do get questions like that about Matlab (edit: turns out, we do not get exactly this type of question, but we do get IMO similar questions). However, I don't think you'd be broadly successful in getting answers.
